In 1984 founder C.H. “Butch” Bouchard opened the doors of National Title Company in Las Vegas, Nevada. After 25 years in the title insurance industry Butch acquired Nevada Southern Title in order to fulfill our community’s need for a title and escrow agency that is a cut above the rest. His philosophy was to hire the very best people and allow them to service their clientele through team work and personal service. Butch knew that if he took care of his employees, his employees would take care of their customers.
Over the next 25 years our staff has applied these business principals and created a model for success. Many of our founding staff members are still a part of the NTC family and have enjoyed our family environment for the better part of their careers. Our team has unparalleled experience, and family-styled camaraderie to provide customers with courteous and efficient service. In 2004 ownership transitioned to Tracy R. Bouchard, President and CEO. Tracy continues to apply the business principals that made us one of the leading title and escrow companies in our community. Tracy believes in locals doing business with locals by supporting businesses within our community. “We do not outsource our work overseas or out of state as do our competitors; we believe our biggest strengths are our human capital and our sense of community responsibility.”
